FORCE basketball
We are delighted to be able to offer a whole new season of basketball to the community in Seaford, Newhaven, Peacehaven and Lewes.
Our goals this year will be to promote our mini ballers sessions as well as our new "leaders programme" in Funded by EZ Newhaven.
In September 2024, we will work towards establishing high community club standards, as per Sport England's Tier 1 the club to ensure we are eligible for funding.
We are excited and keen to get started in September and will see coach Hunter take on responsibility as mini ballers head coach as well as the "leaders programme" head coach.
We will be offering regular opportunities to play official 5v5 games at open tournaments and ensure all our most competitive players are provided with our best, impartial advice towards exit routes.

THIS NEW PROGRAMME IS FUNDED BY EZ NEWHAVEN VIA THE SUSSEX COMMUNITY FOUNDATION
The Force is delighted to announce that it will be offering a programme of free activities and free courses on healthy eating, sport leadership and social skills for young people aged 14-22 in the Seahaven area. The details for this project will be uploaded on this website and posted on social media in September 2024. The Force is proud to be part of this community effort and we look forward to support the project were we can.

Since our founding in 2016, Force Basketball has served the sports and recreation needs of the "Seahaven" area of East Sussex including Lewes, Peacehaven, Newhaven and Seaford. With both indoor and outdoor courts, Force basketball is the prime destination for basketball training, games, tournaments, and competitions. We also feature recreational events, sport leadership courses and volunteer opportunities. We hold a high standard of "team spirit" and participation conduct to ensure the highest quality of basketball experience. We follow Basketball England's affiliation requirements including DBS checks, safeguarding and 1st aid standards.
